EMPLOYER FAQs

How much will it cost my company?

The cost to you will vary based on several factors, including account volume, workers’ compensation costs and specific job requirements. NRGUSA is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.

What is the process for finding employees through NRGUSA?

Our search and recruitment efforts are among the most detailed and specific in the staffing industry. Our team will schedule a site visit to learn about your corporate community and put together a detailed company profile that determines everything we do. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can focus on providing skilled employees that “fit”.

How long will it take to find the right talent to fill my open position?

The time frame for successfully finding an employee is going to vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most-qualified applicants. You have the option to conduct a phone or in-person interview which will add time to the process, but many of our clients just leave it up to us!

What kind of background checks do you provide?

NRGUSA participates in the E-Verify program to confirm work eligibility of all temporary and temp-to-hire candidates, at no cost to our clients. Additional background screening options are available at our client’s request.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by NRGUSA?

Our temp-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in your work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees vary based on the contract for each client.

What kind of jobs do you fill?

NRGUSA is a full-service staffing firm and we handle positions in all areas of clerical, professional, industrial and trades. By having a broad base of applicants, as well as various recruiting resources, we can meet your needs in most areas of your business.

Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our employees and feel our greatest resource is our past, present and future employees. The screening process for our applicants allows us to best match qualifications to your needs.

By using our temp-to-hire program, the hiring risk is out of your hands. If you are not satisfied with an employee’s performance we will find you one that exceeds expectations. We absorb all overhead costs associated with a new hire and take away the stress of recruiting top talent. NRGUSA invests in our own employees by providing ongoing training for corporate staff. We can be a resource to you when questions arise about staffing and employment.

EMPLOYEE FAQs

How soon can I start working?

Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once the application process is complete, you will be considered for all open opportunities based on your preferences and qualifications.

What is involved in the application process?

You may complete your employment application online or schedule a time to come to our office to complete the application in-person.  An interview with a member of our recruiting team will be scheduled during which time you will be asked to provide identification in compliance with the Federal I-9 form as well as your complete work history information.

During the interview we will review the type of work you are seeking along with your shift and location preferences. During this time we will have the opportunity to review your qualifications and find out what will make you happy in your next position. Upon completion of the interview, you will go through basic safety training (if applicable) and/or complete online skills assessments.

How often should I contact your office after an interview?

We encourage you to stay in touch with our office so we are aware of your availability! Keep in mind our recruiting team will proactively reach out to you when the right opportunity presents itself.

What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Is it alright to turn it down?

Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer you positions based on your qualifications and preferences.

What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?

We realize not every job is a good fit for everyone. If you are on assignment and find it is not a “fit” for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees and they can expect the same from the NRGUSA office.

What do I pay for your services?

Nothing! As an applicant, you will not pay for any of our services.

How can I stay informed about open positions?

Keep checking the FIND A JOB page on our website and follow us on social media for current opportunities. As always, you are welcome to contact us periodically for updates.
